Dr Max Gorbach gained his medical qualifications from Sydney University and Nepean/Westmead Hospitals, and has been working at Hazelbrook General Practice since 2009. He was a serving member of the Royal Australian Air Force until 2011 and was deployed regularly to overseas locations including Afghanistan and the Middle East. He is interested in all aspects of general and family/community medicine, attends two local aged care facilities and is committed to providing the best available community medical care possible. He is an avid supporter of evidence based guidelines and recommendations.
When not working, he enjoys exploring the vast natural beauty of the Blue Mountains through bush walking, enjoying family based activities, and for some reason, has always been fascinated by volcanoes.
