ADHD Study Update
As our participation in the ADHD clinic is part of a study, we have been instructed to pause accepting any new patients whilst the study is undergoing a review. Please be aware that this will not impact the on-going treatment of patients who are already enrolled in the Study.

New Fees Apply 1st May 2025
Due to the rising costs of running a high-quality medical practice, we find it necessary to adjust our consultation fees, effective 1st May 2025. This decision has not been made lightly, but it is necessary to ensure that Hazelbrook General Practice can continue providing exceptional healthcare for you and your family, while also managing the increasing costs of operating the practice.
Our Independent GPs and staff are dedicated to maintaining ongoing excellence in general practice, and we remain committed to your care.
Please remember that billing is at the discretion of the individual doctor, not the reception staff.
If you are facing financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to speak with your doctor, as we are here to support you.
